We're slashing any excess in our tech stack to amplify efficiency and effectiveness. If a tool doesn’t simplify selling or enhance our bottom line, it’s out. We're doubling down on AI ensuring it amplifies our efforts without overriding the human touch our clients value.

Forging Real Connections
Forget trying to game the algorithms. In 2025 genuine relationships are at the forefront of our strategy. Whether through a quick video message or a personalized email we're committed to making each interaction memorable and meaningful.

Inspired by the books that filled our year and the undeniable power of focused, uninterrupted work we're carving out more space for deep work. Less noise, more substantial outcomes.

Personal Goals to Guide Us
Sharing a bit from my personal playbook as we head into the new year I'm focusing on three core principles:

  1. Move Like a Ninja: Keep quiet about the big moves until they're ready to shine

  2. Trust in Gut & God (GG): Rely on instinct and faith to steer through the challenges

  3. Stay Focused: Keep my head down, distractions out and speed up execution.

These simple but powerful goals are about enhancing clarity, discipline and growth.
