Happy Monday from The SD Lab! As we dive into a new quarter I'm buzzing with excitement and not just because of the fireworks we're prepping for the 4th of July!

Fresh off a mini-break in San Diego I’m recharged and ready to hit the ground running with the team and our clients.

We've just wrapped up the first week with a new client diving deep into their ICP, value prop and buyer personas. We’re already gearing up for our first outreach this week ready to score some big wins with the insights and strategies we've honed

Want to also give a big welcome to Tajay Carter who's joined us through our partnership with Simera. He's gearing up to bring his outbound expertise to two of our clients and we're thrilled to have him on board

And last week I also had the privilege of working hands-on with a client's SDR team in SD. Tackling their day-to-day challenges and boosting their meeting bookings significantly—it was a blast!

As we charge ahead into Q3 let's remember it's all about teamwork and supporting each other especially as we head into the holiday week

Maximizing Your Q3 Strategy

Here’s how to ensure a strong quarter ⤵️

  • Review and Adjust: Look back at Q2. Identify what worked and what didn’t and adjust your strategies accordingly

  • Set Clear Goals: Define what success looks like for the end of Q3. Make them SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. Make em so big they scare you 😎

  • Ramp Up Outreach: With vacations ending it’s time to get in front of decision makers. Increase your touchpoints and ensure your messaging resonates with the shift in business focus

  • Empower Your Team: Ensure everyone is aligned with the goals and has the tools and motivation to succeed. Regular check-ins and support will keep the momentum going
