Sort prospects into 3 buckets
Tier 1 = ICP, active, clear need. These get 80% of your touchpoints
Tier 2 = Some fit, less urgency. Use softer, value led outreach
Tier 3 = Recycle or deprioritize. Dont waste your reps here in June
