Need 5 Meetings by Wednesday? Here’s How

It’s Monday. The pipeline needs some love and by Wednesday you need to book 5 solid meetings to keep momentum rolling

Last week I shared a 3 day sprint to do exactly that. People ran the play and started booking calls fast. Check out these results

📲 “Dude it’s working! They’re responding back to my outreach!!” 

💬 “I focused on website visitors & booked 3 meetings with simple, direct messaging” 

So if you missed it here’s your Monday game plan to fill your calendar by midweek

⏳ The 3 Day | 5 Meeting Sprint

🔹 Day 1 – Revisit your warmest prospects (1-2 meetings)

Your fastest meetings will come from people who already showed interest

  • Look at: Replies from the last 30-60 days that went cold

  • Check who: Opened/clicked your emails multiple times but never responded

  • CTA Example: “Last time we spoke [pain point] was still on your plate. Has anything changed that makes this worth revisiting?”

  • Why? They already know you. Low effort, high reward

🔹 Day 2 – Revive stalled deals & open opps (1-2 meetings)

There’s gold in your pipeline. You just have to dig it up

  • Hit deals that stalled (prospects who said "not now")

  • Call and email decision makers with a fresh angle

  • CTA Example: “You mentioned [specific challenge] was a priority last quarter has that changed or does it still need solving?”

  • Why? They’re already problem aware just need the right nudge

🔹 Day 3 – Laser focused cold calling (1-2 meetings)

Cold calling works when you’re targeting the right people

  • Tightly focus on 20-30 high intent accounts

  • Skip the robotic openers. Start strong

  • Call Opener Example: “Hey [Name] let’s cut to it [pain point] still causing problems? Or did you all finally figure it out?”

  • Why? The best cold calls are direct, no fluff and high confidence

🔥 Bonus Play – quick video emails (1 meeting)

  • Record a 30 second video using Sendspark

  • Make it simple & direct

  • Example: “Hey [Name] shot a quick video breaking down how we’d help with [pain point]. If it clicks let’s talk”

  • Why? Video stands out in inboxes and gets higher reply rates

✔ Stacking these plays gets you quick wins
CTAs stay light (no heavy “book a demo” pressure)
Follow up is everything—most meetings get booked on touch 2 or 3

1️⃣ The “social proof nudge”

🔹 Most reps struggle with how to follow up after email or call #1/#2 without sounding repetitive. Instead of just “checking in” add social proof

🔹 Next time a prospect ghosts you after initial interest send this

  • “Hey [Name] just wrapped up a project with [Similar Company]. Helped them solve [pain point] and they’re already seeing [result]. Think it’s worth a quick revisit?”

    OR

  • “[Competitor] was dealing with [problem] and saw [result] after we helped. Think it’s worth taking a look?”

🔹 Why it works
✅ Creates FOMO—if their competitor is improving they’ll want in
✅ Makes your outreach valuable. Not annoying

2️⃣ The “meeting lock-in”

🔹 You booked the meeting now make sure it holds
🔹 Most SDRs send a calendar invite and hope it sticks. Instead follow up with this

  • Subject: "Locked in for [day/time]"

    • Body:
      “Hey [Name] appreciate you setting time aside. Locking in [day/time] unless something changes, I’ll plan on seeing you then! Looking forward to diving into [specific pain point you uncovered]”

  • Bonus: If it’s a handoff to an AE CC them in this email so they can chime in with a quick intro

🔹 Why it works
✅ Reinforces commitment reducing no-shows
✅ Shows attention to detail making you more credible
✅ Preps the AE making the handoff smoother

3️⃣ The “CEO forward” play

🔹 If you’re struggling to get responses have your CEO or VP “forward” your email to your target contact.
🔹 Here’s how it works

  • You send the original email

  • Your CEO/VP then forwards it to the same prospect with:

    • “Hey [Name] can you take a look at this? I think it’s relevant to you”

🔹 Why it works
✅ Senior level names in the inbox get attention
✅ The prospect assumes it’s important if it was forwarded by a leader
✅ Works especially well on cold outbound & stalled deals
