Week 1 | Reset the Motion
If your pipeline’s dry start by cleaning the engine

✅ Pull the last 15 booked meetings → What themes, titles or triggers showed up?
✅ Refresh your ICP lens → What deals moved fastest?

→ 1 hour call blitz per day
→ Assign a tight target list (15-20 “likely” prospects)
→ Focus on high open accounts, warm leads and recycled opps
→ Push low friction CTAs (short calls, quick re-intros)
