Who's ready for a killer week? I know I am. As some of you know yesterday I wrapped up a 30-day video challenge on LinkedIn and it was nothing short of epic! I pumped out a video every day! 🤯 Racking up about 4 million impressions, making tons of new connections and even snagging a few inbound leads along the way.

It's been more than just a content spree though it's been a deep dive into building genuine interactions and exploring new ways to share my story! It was a blast and Ill dive more into it later.

Now not every day was smooth sailing though. We hit a few bumps last week with a client. Learning that it's not just about the highs but also how you handle the lows right? We're tweaking, adjusting, pushing forward and committed to turning things around with our client who's been riding this wave with us but whew outbound ain’t easy huh? 😆

And on the home front my son Adam just made his school's volleyball team—super stoked to see him play his heart out! He just wrapped up baseball and now the homies decided to run it back for Volleyball. We will have multiple nightly games yet again.. I know my fellow parents know what I am talking about.. 😅

So turning the page what's in store for this issue? We're keeping it real—no fluff just some honest insights and practical strategies straight from the trenches of the daily grind.

The Blueprint from the Frontline

1. Setup for Success

  • Gear up: All you need is your smartphone. No fancy equipment is necessary

  • Caption & context: Always add captions. Not everyone can blast the volume during their office breaks

2. Structuring Your Content

  • The Hook: Grab attention in the first 5-10 seconds. A question or a bold statement works wonders

  • The Meat: Deliver your main message or tip in the next 30-60 seconds

  • The Call: End with a clear call to action. What do you want your viewer to do next?

3. Consistency is Key

  • Post daily: Choose a regular posting time to build viewer anticipation

  • Engage: Reply to comments and interact with other posts. Social media is a two-way street as we know.

4. Track & Optimize

  • Engagement metrics: Which videos do your audience/community love? Which ones flop? Adjust your content based on the feedback and performance

5. Expand Beyond Your Role

  • Collaborative videos: Like Luke Frazier's playbook suggests pull in experts from across your company. Have your engineers, product managers or even your CEO share insights. This not only diversifies your content but also showcases your company's depth
