2. Lukewarm “No’s”

Instead of bumping with a “Just checking in…” text record a 30–60 sec video
✅ Call out the last interaction
✅ Re-state their pain or priority
✅ Reopen the door with a soft CTA
“Hey [Name] just wanted to follow up on our thread from last month. You’d mentioned [insert problem] just curious if anything’s shifted. If now’s still not the time no worries just let me know either way! Talk soon!”
Why it works: No one else is doing it consistently. Videos get watched and replies go up
