Here’s how I’d build a playbook if I were setting one up today 👇
Outline Your Sales Stages: What are the critical steps from first contact to closing? Lay them out.
Document Winning Strategies: What’s worked? What hasn’t? This section is your goldmine.
Detail Your Tech Stack: From CRM to dialers make it clear what tools your team should use.
Update Regularly: Markets change so should your playbook. Make it a living document.
Accessibility is Key: Keep it easy to find and use. If it’s buried it’s useless.
