This week was one of those weeks where everything clicked.
Closed a $22.5K rebuild.
Ran a live session with a team that rated it a 9/10.
Sent 130 DMs… got ~20 real conversations back.
and across all of it…
Same pattern kept showing up.
Different companies.
Different markets.
Same problem.
YOUR PIPELINE ISN’T DRY… IT’S LEAKING
Everyone right now is saying the same thing:
“We need more pipeline.”
But after this week…
I don’t buy that anymore.
Because I just watched multiple teams doing the work:
more activity
better messaging
more outbound
…and still not converting.
One leader literally said it to me straight:

WHAT I SAW THIS WEEK
On one call, a team walked me through everything they just rebuilt:
new positioning
new messaging
new strategy
They compressed a year of work into 4 months
and still said:
“We’re not breaking through the way we expected.”
That’s when it clicked (again):
👉 This isn’t a volume problem
👉 It’s not even a messaging problem
It’s a conversion system problem
THE REAL LEAK
Bad deals are getting in too early.
Teams are counting things like:
“they took the meeting”
“they showed interest”
“they kinda fit”
…as pipeline.
Instead of asking:
what problem are they actually solving?
why now?
who owns this internally?
So pipeline fills up…
…but nothing moves.
THE MISTAKE
(AND WHY IT KEEPS HAPPENING)
When things slow down…
Teams respond with:
→ more outreach
→ more sequences
→ more meetings
Which just creates:
more bad pipeline
I said this on a call this week and it hit hard:
👉 “It’s not an activity problem… it’s a system problem.”
and most teams don’t want to hear that…
Because system problems require rebuilding.
Not just doing more.
